Welcome to Bikram Yoga Portsmouth, the hottest yoga in town! Bikram Yoga is a therapeutic series of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises done in a hot room, designed to bring optimal health, fitness and therapeutic benefit.
Alll classes last for 90 minutes. The studio is open 30 minutse prior to every class on our schedule for check-in. New students, please arrive at least 15 minutes early for your first class. Experienced students, please arrive at least 5-10 minutes in advance. You will need a yoga mat, large towel and a bottle of water. All are available for rent or purchase at the studio.
